These days I am trying to train my attention to remain in the present moment, focus also too. It’s now where it all matters, even the moment that went away right now is past. Present is the best, it’s the only thing I have right now.
And what I require is all here now, I am here for myself and that is enough. That’s the Grounding Mantra I have been teaching now to myself. In fact these are my moments for myself.
Also I am prioritising my moments for myself, keeping myself at the center of everything…

Attention and Presence — -are two key factors that I have learned over the years are the most important things in my day to day and can increase its quality to many times.
I have been also researching several learning and time utilisation techniques..
- Such as the best way of learning Immersing myself into the craft or knowledge, pouring my whole self into it.
- And the measures or tips of Saving time worthless, rather focusing on what not to do and focusing on bare minimum….avoiding perfectionist traps.
- At the End of The Day Evaluating Myself what is working and what is not, and if something did not work, why? Because understanding it will help me to get better at the next Day.
