And Quality Sleep
I am having problems to sleep from last few days, but its not consistent. Its not that I cannot sleep at all, but the problem kind of creates a lot of havoc few times.
The nights I could not sleep, makes the following day worst, I cannot even keep with work, feel sleepy all day and feel very less energy. But its dependent also on the evening workout.
If I do an exhausting high energy workout in the evening, I sleep well. Also evening solid food or gastric hampers sleep well. So, I am thinking to skip the evening solid meal, fill it with Salads, fresh fruits and lemonades, Green Tea.
And everyday I will try to do maximum energy workout for a week, lets try if it works for a week at least. Then I will decide what to do next.
