Yesterday was a quite fair day. I think it’s important to prioritise thyself in all of above is super important. If people are asking attention or requesting time, don’t give them it unless it’s really important or they are valuable to me.

Life is always full of trade-offs, what to focus on, who to keep and who to wipe out from the walks of life its always extremely important. And these days I am keeping focus on prioritising people who really matters in my life, and peacefully detach from others, no fuss, no argument or no announcement of I am going to wipe out you from my life. It’s just creating distance respectfully, creating space for myself, for my thy soul.

Another thing I have noticed whenever I don’t sleep well, I feel like crying or feel extremely bad and whenever I kind of go to bed during day time, then start thinking obsessively and all those frustrating thoughts comes by.

So, my goal is not to control them, rather bypass them or gently noticing them and pass with something better, good. In other words keep doing something with my time always, retraining my attention on the things that are valuable to me, finding myself in them.

Yesterday I was intending to go for cycling, then I chose to stay in and gave some quality time to my little brother. I am trying to do activities with him so that it creates joyful moment for both of us.

And it also makes me happy to create some happy moments for him. Btw, I masturbated twice yesterday, once in day time, another before going to bed. It’s a habit I wanna get rid of him.

Although I don’t feel that kind of guilt because of the act like I used to in my teen, considering it as a normal biological process, but I am trying to hold onto this habit, as its hindering my progress on the way to purity — equanimity of the soul, body and mind.

Another thing I also fucked up yesterday was, often I spend a lot of time trying making plans or making to do lists, which I need to limit in 10–15 minutes in a day, I need to learn this technique of making a to do list in very shorter span of time somehow, right now I don’t know, but I will learn it, that’s what I am determined for.

I had walked about 9 KM this morning and feeling so energised for now, And that’s what enough for now.
