Morita Therapy: Day 4

Feelings and Emotions:

These morning I was feeling a little bit odd, whether I will refuse to give money my cousin or not and what I will do about life etc. Besides the constant attack of negativity was there.

I don’t know how to deal with, all I can do right now is remain grounded.

Behaviour:

I lost an hour dealing with Sister, sending her money, anyways I will start my day now.

With the English Mocks first, then French second.

This will be pretty short.. as I don’t really have much to share today.
