Morita Therapy: Day 5
Feelings and Emotions:
After yesterdays attack of negativity today I feel a lot better. It starts with me and ends with me, my current challenge is not do any digital communication whatever it is-texting, e-mailing unless it is really necessary and secondly Not to look for websites or things that will trigger negative attachments within me.
I need to be cautious about picking phone calls too.
No unnecessary communication and trigger inducing activities such as visiting youtube or websites. I need to take control of my emotions and feelings.
Behaviour:
I calmed down and done finances for next month. Also I have readjusted my learning goals for next month.
Now I have started working on them. Daily 2 hours Vipassana and weekly one day-12 hours Vipassana is really a great tool to cultivate inner strength.
Anyways that’s enough for today for the time-being.
