Avoiding Perfectionist Trap
And Starting Where I wake Up: My writing Therapy Day 31
Yesterday I could not control my urge to masturbate. But it’s funny while masturbating I could not point my direction to any specific women, sometimes It was her, sometimes it was the women I had conversed yesterday in the library, sometimes it was my maid of few years back who was quite eager to touch me. I don’t know why this happens, then I ending up recalling a movie I watched few years back.
Although I had quite a bit of trouble finding the name of the back, I tried with many google searching technique but none of those came handy. Then I went to old school, or I would say the “BANGLA” method, and found it.
The movies name was “Dil Dosti Etc.” It was an epic of Manish Thiwary, It has something intense and deeper about love, what women wants, what men wants, In fact I will review it and collect some important sentences and ideas from it.
But I loved this…

To be mentioned I extended the Gold Digger part. I am collecting sentences, ideas and the thing I have been coming up these days. I don’t know I will write something using them or not, but I am feeling so joyful with those, and that is enough for now.
And I need to find an effective Note making technique — Mind Mapping or Bit of Old School and mix of mind mapping or something I can innovate on my own…
So that I can make my learning effective and I need to also decide what to review or not. Anyways I had promised earlier then I won’t write here much about what I need to do, rather I will write about what I have done.
Yesterday was a pretty good day, I felt joyful most of the day and I made some progress in the writing part and gathered some incredible ideas. But also I have wasted quiet a bit of time showing off and being overwhelmed, I need to find a fix there. I think writing down task list the day before or a the beginning of the day would be a good start point.
