- Taking Care of Mind — Daily two hours of meditation( morning and evening), weekly one day 12 hours of silence — with no disturbances, reading or work, strict Vipassana.
- Taking Care of Body — weekly 5 days hardcore workout at the gym, sometimes morning strolls or evening strolls with brother and Simple whole food diet and sleep 8 hours everyday unless extreme necessity.
- Taking Care of the Spirit — No extraneous communication, content or people.
And Cultivating …
- Sanity — through practice of unhurried of living
- Journaling, Vlogging with no Feedback loops
- And Practice of Music, enormous amount of headspace, heart-space.
That’s what my pursuit of life for now. And I am incredibly happy for cultivating this life style.
